Currently there are 4 companies that are certified by Apple to provide repair service in Indonesia. They are the following:

iBOX

iBOX is the largest authorized Apple distributor in Indonesia, with over 90 stores across the country. In addition, iBOX provides a wide range of after-sales services, including repairs, and replacements. You can check their locations here

mitraCare

It is pure play after-sales company for brands such as Apple, Lenovo, Seagate, and Western Digital. Unlike iBOX, they don't have retail stores. You can check their locations here

digimap

digimap is the newest member of the Apple family. It acquired the distribution right for Apple in Indonesia since September 2019. Same like iBOX, it offers both retail sales and repair services. It's the subsidiary of Mitra Adiperkasa (MAP), the largest retailer in Indonesia that owned the franchising right of many famous international brands such as Zara, Marks & Spencer, Lacoste, Sephora, Foot Locker, Starbucks, Subway, Krispy Kreme, and many others. Probably Story-I is the smallest company among the other 3 mentioned above, its service centers presence are in Jakarta, Semarang, and Yogyakarta. You can check their locations here
